“Baby Boomers, Active Seniors, Golden Agers, Older Adults, Perennials… What in the world are we supposed to call folks over 65, 70 OR 80 these days? Who are they, how do we find them and most importantly, how do we sell to them? They have money and want to buy but how can I be sure I am selling to them effectively? It seems like they have everything they need and yet they don’t trust anybody!
In his lecture, “10 1/2 Tips for Selling To Seniors,” Bob Pontius, MA, CDP discusses the 10 (and a half!) most important items he has identified in his long and successful career of bonding with seniors.
