About Becky:
Becky's mission is to empower women and men to be healthy and confident through high quality coaching. She offers leadership coaching for individuals and groups with the following benefits: scalable, relatable tools that can be used and taught to others on your team for improved communication and efficiency. She also helps individuals uncover habits and mindsets that are holding them back from living the sustainable, healthy life that they want to live by helping them formulate the healthy lifestyle that makes sense to them. Becky also offers small group coaching within businesses to improve workplace health and wellness.
Becky began her career as a Physician Assistant 15 years ago. She became a certified Health Coach and began coaching patients. Becky is a Health and Leadership Coach who mentors and guides others to feel whole and fulfill their purpose.
Beck has a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, is a certified Health Coach and a Certified Leadership Coach.

Connections to Resources is a program available to all Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce members. Programs are free to present and free to attend. The programs can be scheduled on Mondays or Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:00 pm in Conference Room A in the Gateway.
