The goal of this program is to ensure your inner strength is fit for the fight.
 
Most safety courses for women just focus on teaching physical techniques of safety. Joan will dive into cognitive aspects of training your mind Fight or Fright to avoid the Freeze.  Joan will also provide you with the skills and capabilities to spot inappropriate behavior, get yourself out of difficult situations and ultimately be able to defend yourself when and if that becomes a necessary step.
 
Joan is the developer and instructor for the well known S.A.F.E. course (Simple – Assertive-Focused-Education).  With over 32 years of honorable law enforcement service and an undeniable amount of experience in investigative and undercover work, Joan founded Narrow Path Investigations.  She employs top notch investigators and specialists who provide a diverse range of investigative work.
