Bio:  Bishara is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Masters in Policy Management through the National Urban Fellowship. She is an experienced advocate with a demonstrated history of working in policy, thought leadership and coalition management. Skilled in: Philanthropy, Community Engagement, Strategy Development and Policy Analysis. Bishara was also named as a part Crain's Cleveland Business 40 Under 40 Class.
