The question everyone is asking is "where are the workers"?
Every month in this country, over 4 million  Americans have been leaving their jobs.  Yes, that's each month, for the last six months; in almost every sector, from restaurants to factories. At the same time, the number of  hires has managed to outpace resignations. That's a lot of "quits" and a lot of "churn". Employers in Summit County are reporting the same challenges. What the heck is going on?
Is this a short-term post-Covid adjustment?
Or a long-term trend?
What are employers saying and doing about it?
What are working adults saying about the workplace and what matters most?
How can we best merge this two lines of thinking?
