TOPIC: “Maximizing Your Strengths to Lead Change”
DESCRIPTION: When we are leading as our best possible selves, it is often because we understand who we are leading, we understand what makes them tick, and we are able to adjust our approach and style to inspire their confidence in us. In times of change, though, it takes more than just inspiring confidence - it takes creating buy-in to new ways of working and thinking!
