Topic Summary:
The Recipe for Creating more Brand Ambassadors for your Organization!
(with an Interactive Cooking Demo)
What?s your recipe to create a memorable customer service experience for your customers? You know, one that will not only keep them coming back, but will tell their friends about you?
Does everyone on your team know how to make and serve this recipe, and do it consistently to exceed the expectations of your customers? If so, you will create loyal customers.
For our February event, you will learn about Customer Service Experience with a unique, informative, and entertaining Lunch & Learn with Bob Pacanovsky. Bob is now a Keynote Speaker and the Chief Hospitality Officer with his own company, The Black Tie Experience.
His specialty is Customer Service Experience (the Learn Part) and he will not only talk about it, but he will show us how customer service and food intersect as he will lead us in a Live Cooking Demo (The Lunch part). Bob owned his own Event & Catering company, as well as restaurants, where he learned how to create wonderful dining experiences. When you register for the event, you will get the recipe that Bob will be preparing for us. If you want to join Bob in your kitchen that day to make the recipe, you?ll have the opportunity to do so!
In Bob?s seminar, The Recipe to create more Brand Ambassadors for your Organization, you will get the four key ingredients needed to move your customers to Brand Ambassador status. What?s a Brand Ambassador? Register for the event to find out who they are (they are 2 types by the way) and why they are so important for the long-term success of your organization.
Bob Pacanovsky - BIO
An entrepreneur for 25 years, primarily in the hospitality industry, Bob Pacanovsky and his team created over 7,000 meetings, events, receptions and had one opportunity to create both a ?wow experience? and a lasting impression on his clients and guests.
Now as a keynote speaker and strategic trainer, he uses his two decades of working ?in the trenches? to teach companies how to focus on Service Excellence and Hospitality to exceed the expectations of their customers and turn them into Brand Ambassadors. This in in turn improves revenue, productivity, retention, and engagement for any organization, as well as its bottom line. When this happens, you create Black Tie Experiences that become memorable and habit-forming.
While not a chef, Bob had a say in almost every menu item (and made sure to sample them as well!) And he learned from his chefs and cooks on how to prepare food that people enjoyed.
Bob has worked with organizations in industries like travel/tourism, healthcare, hospitality, association management, attractions, banking, accounting, and more. He has also achieved Professional Membership in the National Speakers Association
He is a graduate of The University of Akron with a Bachelor?s Degree in Finance. He serves on the boards of OPEN M in Akron (where he is Chairperson), the Greater Cleveland Partnership- COSE Advisory Board, Jennings- Ohio Senior Living, and is Past President of National Speakers Association- Pittsburgh Chapter.
