Fit Life Gym specializes in Certified Coach led small and large group classes as well as personal training, 1 on 1 nutrition coaching, Fit3d Body Scans for measurements and body composition, our private members Facebook group and accountability coaching outside the workout times! Their program is successful because they work together without losing sight of individuals, their different goals, and various styles of programming and coaching that works for each member!
