Join Becky for a deeper dive into what it's like to be on the other side of you using tools to help you explore how other people might experience you and your leadership. Leadership is influence. This means that the way you lead people is being modeled and transferred to others.
When we talk about creating healthy culture, it starts with us as leaders first. How are we leading ourselves? How are we leading our family members, teams, organizations in our communities? In this week's toolkit session at the Gateway, we will take a deeper look at how we are showing up in each of these spaces.

Connections to Resources is a program available to all Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce members. Programs are free to present and free to attend. The programs can be scheduled on Mondays or Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:00 pm in Conference Room A in the Gateway.
