“Don’t Break Your Back: Correct Ergonomics at Your Home or Work Office”

COVID has many people working from home and their home office may not be set up for proper posture. Therapy departments are seeing patients with all types of injuries from poor alignment whether they work from home or at the workplace. Trayce will discuss simple Spinal anatomy and how postures affects daily aches and pains. She will discuss various safe daily postures including lifting, sleeping and sitting/computer work and will provide a few simple exercises to help with prevention.

The Cuyahoga Falls and Stow-Munroe Falls Chambers of Commerce have collaborated to develop a new professional development and educational series. Connecting Women to Women offers an environment for women at any stage of their careers to connect, foster and sustain meaningful relationship; gain valuable resources within their community, and build allies and advocates.
The series is open to any woman who is a member of either Chamber.
