Leadership Program
2019 Leadership Falls Program Information
PURPOSE:
Leadership Falls was created to increase the quality and quantity of business leaders capable of accepting leadership roles in varied business and community organizations. Participants are exposed to a variety of social and economic issues facing Cuyahoga Falls and our immediate area. This awareness helps develop informed, civic-oriented leaders who are interested in helping direct the future of Cuyahoga Falls
The mission of Leadership Falls is to ensure the vitality of our community by providing a continuous source of motivated leaders who are educated about the community, its challenges and opportunities; as well as, prepared and inspired to assume leadership roles in the Cuyahoga Falls community at all levels.
APPLICATION/TUITION:
Leadership Falls classes will have up to 12 business leaders in each graduating class. The tuition fee of $300.00 for program costs will be the responsibility of the selected candidates and must be paid in full prior to the start of the first session in September.

Leadership Falls Tuition includes the DiSC® Profile Assessment. DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. What is DiSC®? The DiSC profile, published by Wiley, is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You'll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles.
***Applications must be received at the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce by August 15 of the program year. Maximum participant number is 12. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or nonacceptance by the following Monday. All applications are subject to confidential evaluations by the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
