DESCRIPTION:Tia Ramlow counts herself lucky to lead Great Work Employment Services for twenty nine years in NEOhio. After graduating from Miami University\, she worked in her home state of MI for two years in sales. She then had the opportunity to join her parents in Akron to help launch a branch of their upstart staffing company. Within three years\, her parents retired and Tia took over as President. She has grown the company to seven offices\, 25 employees\, 150+ local clients and has over 500 field employees working each week. She focuses on ensuring the company's values and customer experiences are consistently delivered and that her team has opportunities to reach their growth goals.  \n\nTia is committed to giving back to the community. She supports many area non-profits and business groups both financially and through her personal involvement. She is currently the Board Chair-Greater Akron Chamber\, Board Member- SEI\, past Chair -Ohio Chamber SBC and Current Advisory Board member for EDGE and Huntington National Bank (region).  She was also in Leadership Akron XXV\, Crain's 40 under Forty (08) and Akron's Thirty for the Future(07).  She is a huge advocate for growing the local economy\, workforce development and helping to remove barriers to employment.
