**Two table purchase limit per exhibitor.**


DEADLINE: 

  • All exhibitors must sign this application and prepay by noon on February 28, 2019  to be considered for participation in the 2019 Community EXPO. 
  • If you are not paid at that time you will forfeit your space even with a signed contract.
  • No refunds will be given after February 28, 2019

2019 COMMUNITY EXPO REGISTRATION / SETUP:
FRIDAY March 22, 2019 from 3 pm - 5 pm ONLY!
*The EXPO doors will lock at 5:00 pm sharp. 
*PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO SET UP AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY MORNING.
If you are not set up on Friday by 5 pm, you will forfeit your table space/payment and there will be no refunds.

Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm ONLY
*Any items left behind will be discarded. 
*You are responsible for all of your trash and your area must look they way you found it.
